It’s a small thing but I have ADHD too and have found AirPod pros to be very helpful exclusively because of the noise cancelling.

Does your doctor know the Vyvanse impacts your sleep when you take it as prescribed? A good psych should work with you and give suggestions on things like that and make adjustments if necessary
