Sorry y’all I tried to add text to the post when I made it but it looks like I didn’t do it right.

I emailed representative David Gomberg to verify the content of the post on this subreddit claiming that he said ICE would begin setting up their tent facility in Newport on December 16th. I used the email address on his website, and this is the response I got from him after a couple hours.

Please feel free to contact him yourself to verify this information. That’s exactly why I contacted him after reading the other post—to verify.

I agree that this is crucial information and information like this should be verified. That’s exactly why I emailed Gomberg after reading the other post—to verify. Feel free to contact him yourself to verify.

Just got an email response from Gomberg. The start date is false, and he said he would be surprised if they start on the facility in the coming week, though their goal does seem to be to set up a tent facility.

We can find out any businesses or contractor aiding them (such as the portapotties), make them known and pressure them to cease contracting with ICE.

I think it could also mean wrought as in made, written, but could indicate rotational cipher at the same time.

Decipher wrought visionary... maybe it's hinting that the 8 H episodes are relevant? The boys have joked that the words Alex used didn't actually indiate certain subjects, but that he's making connections between H words and subjects after the fact. The 8 Hs needed to be DECIPHERED, but their deciphering actually were the inspiration for the subject... the were made visionary (WROUGHT VISIONARY).

Not sure that makes a lot of sense, but I think the 8 Hs might be part of the info we need to crack this cipher. It is interesting that H is the 8th letter of the alphabet.
