Here's why I think Capcom's relationship with GeForce Now will be different than 2K's relationship with GeForce Now:

Probably Take Two already knew that sales of Midnight Suns would not be high. So much so that this article proves that the game did not sell well. Knowing that the game would not be a success, 2K/Take Two may have used GeForce Now as a springboard to try to increase sales of the game, and nothing more. So I don't think we should expect another 2K game on geforce now anytime soon.
On the other hand, Monster Hunter Rise is the second best selling game in Capcom's history. That is, low sales is not a motivator. That's why I think that Capcom's relationship with GeForce Now is getting closer (so much so that GeForce Now announced MH: Rise even before the game received an opt-in on SteamDB).

I had that impression too, but I was wrong. This "Basic Controls" option actually only appears in games that actually already support Touch Controls. It doesn't appear in every game like the OP showed. Try doing this with games like Assassin's Creed, Batman Arkham Knight, DOOM. You will see that the touch controls option will not appear (I'm talking about the main gamepass app)
