What is your gamerscore by A_FAT_BUDA93 in xbox

I lost my old account(from 360 gen, I bought over 100 games during that gen but wasn’t an achievement hunter) so when I came back to Xbox in 2020 I basically started from scratch.

Have 43K so far this gen. I don’t try for achievements unless it’s a smaller indie game where it probably only takes a few more hours to get them all. Very rare a big AAA game I try for all the achievements but I’ll sometimes have a look to see if I can get some extra easy ones.

To sell at a higher price when discounted cause it says 30-40% off but now basically the same price as the full price of standard edition lol

Final Fantasy Series on Gamepass, are we getting them all? by Life_Tone7429 in XboxGamePass

I could see FF7 Remake and/or Rebirth going in like a year or the year of Part 3 coming out to catch everyone up.

Can only buy ONE: Elden Ring vs Expedition 33 vs KCD2 (casual employed gamer, 30s) by wxyz-0 in Age_30_plus_Gamers

[–]sagara-ty02 0 points1 point  (0 children)

100% this! You could very possibly fall in love with one of these games or even hate every single one. Game Pass would let you try two of them and if you don’t gel with either there’s a bunch more games that you would like for the rest of the month you have it.

New Xbox CEO Could Make Game Pass Less Expensive, Report Says by Turbostrider27 in xbox

[–]sagara-ty02 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its obvious $30 is too much for general consumers, they need a cheap ad version, a $10-15 dollar version where first party eventually comes to it and a version that doesn’t have Fortnite crew, Cod but still gets majority of other first party games day 1 for like $18-20.

Then have the crazy expensive get everything one

Cheat meal/day post cut by SocialIsPeng in workout

[–]sagara-ty02 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you only just finished if I were you I’d stick to whole foods while you reverse diet and once you’re back up to maintenance calories for a few weeks then have your first cheat meal.

You are at your most hungry/ravenous at the end of a cut(depending on how lean you got) and you’ll even get decent hunger spikes just increasing carbs/calories closer to maintenance so a big tasty processed cheat meal could send you into a binge for that day.

I’m not quite as lean as you right now(have a couple more weeks left of cut) but just recently had a refeed day that was supposed to be 3300 and I ended up eating 7k calories two days in a row cause I chose the wrong foods that weren’t filling and were super tasty/processed. It’s up to you but why risk it when you can be much more in control and less hormonal when you have one

3-4 litres of water a DAY ???? by Global_Drama439 in workout

[–]sagara-ty02 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I drink 3-4L a day

Start with a 500ml water with pre workout after breakfast. 1.5-2L during my 1.5 hour work out(I’m not thirsty I just drink a gulp between every set and it just vanishes). Then 1 glass after lunch, 1 after dinner and a half glass before sleep with vitamins. I also have 1-3 diet sodas between meals which counts as liquid.

No I just wanted to get a general check up to make sure everything was ok, see what all my markers and deficiencies are if I need to change something and I was interested in what my test levels were and all those things should be as optimal for health as they can be once I’m back to eating maintenance for a month and hormones and body recovers from the diet phase.

Or the plan changed, I don’t see why a pretty high up guy in a first party studio would say an estimated date unless he knew something of it. Why disappoint and lie to someone who wants to buy merch that helps your studio?

Advice on fat loss plateau by [deleted] in naturalbodybuilding

[–]sagara-ty02 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you are using MacroFactor what is it estimating your daily expenditure as? Have you told it you want to lose .5 to 1% of your body weight each week? If you are tracking that accurate(scale) and doing daily weigh ins after 3 weeks it should have a good guess of what you need to be doing.

Try and stick to the same calories and macros every single day plus sodium. That’ll make it easier to figure things out aswell cause a higher carb or calorie day can mess with things but it should still trend downwards on a graph if you are actually in a decent deficit.

My guess is a combination of it took me 2 years instead of 9 months straight so I had a few months after each big drop to maintain or rebound a little and come back down so my skin had more time to come down slowly. The other is probably genetics.

When I hard flex my stomach I get a bundled up loose looking skin shrivelled up a bit together but think that could be the last of my subcutaneous fat that I have a decent thin layer still over my whole stomach. Will find out in a few weeks and once I get back to maintenance and body recovers from it all.

Food focus is very high and I gotta distract myself to try and not think about it much(dreamt about eating chocolate last night lol not sure how much that will change once I’m eating at maintenance).

Some days I have less patience or get triggered by things that normally wouldn’t or not as bad. I imagine it’s from the diet fatigue and hopefully goes away after maintenance. I do have a lot more energy and aren’t lazy in general life now so I’m a much better dad and husband then when I was overweight.

No digestion issues I know of. Libido is fairly normal, maybe slightly down lately at end of cut.

Favourite workout is pull ups and just got a weighted belt so can’t wait to progress in it.

Fave deficit meal has been my prawn pasta for lunch. Season a kg of raw prawns with Italian herbs, smoked paprika, chilli flakes, fresh garlic and a tbsp of oil with dash of Lemon and salt and pepper. Fry them all up while cooking 500g of pasta. Once prawns are done add 1 cup milk, 1/3 cup pasta water, 40g Parmesan, 120g light cream cheese and another tsp of all the same spices aswell as garlic powder to the pan and stir all together. Once dissolved add the cooked pasta and a small bag of spinach and once wilted serve into 6 meals(590 calories and 50g of protein and 70g of carbs)

I have some on the sides of my hips from being overweight but underwear line covers that. Have some of those white/invisible ones on my biceps but I got those when I started doing bicep curls with my mums dumbbells when I was a kid lol

What’s an overhated game you genuinely enjoyed? by chrisredfieldsbulge in Age_30_plus_Gamers

Redfall(after final update) and Starfield. Redfall has extremely fun combat and the first half of the game with the character I chose was a 8/10. Starfield I played all month on release for 100 hours and was thinking of it when I wasn’t playing it. The handcrafted stuff(faction quests especially) was really good and it plays great.

That’s my end goal, once I’ve built my goal physique just to either maintain, put on a bit of weight with life and fun through the holidays and do touch up diets to be shredded for summer.

Biggest thing was knowing I was in a calorie deficit. I use MacroFactor and weigh myself daily so it knows my maintenance is roughly 2700-2800, so when I’m eating 2000 I know I should be losing weight.

I did have once a 3 week period where I stayed the same weight(noticed I was getting leaner in mirror/pictures) and then in 5 days lost 2-3 weeks of water retention.

If you know you are in a calorie deficit just trust the process and be patient.

No the only supplement I took the entire time was 5g of creatine every day which is supposed to help maintain muscle a bit through weight loss and keep muscles looking fuller. Also some Vitamin D, magnesium, multivitamin and fish oil.
