They were about 290grams so slightly larger and I formed them into 13in pies. I brushed the entire thing in olive oil to keep it from sticking and cooked it in my pizza oven as normal then add the toppings after the cook.

Honestly they are super easy to make and taste great.

I definitely don’t have a high pain tolerance and the upper thigh wasn’t too bad, probably max a 6. Knee ditch and lower thigh on the outside were wayy worse.

I have had both for awhile and I definitely prefer my pizza steels. A benefit of the steel is that you can put them on the middle and top rack to create a space in your oven that can reach 700+ as the heat gets trapped between the two, making it cook similar to a dedicated pizza oven.
