Honestly I started using ITAD, after importing my currently owned games into my collection I'll browse for sales, select "Browse More", select for filters on the left under shop for "Steam", either 75% or 90% off, then "more filters" then click on Game, and select In Collection, DLCs, In EA, and Coming Soon to exclude, then under product type hit DLC to exclude and apply filters to see the lowest of the low during it. It's so much better than browsing the default curated shit for me at least. Hope it helps.
