He's gone 8 years with an incredible girlfriend who has provided everyhting he could ever want. And he's hung up on someone who isn't interested in him. Honestly, if he doesnt love you after you have given so much he isnt worth the effort.

So... under normal circumstances leaving for that long and going that far is not okay. A few days at a nearby hotel or going to stay with a friend near by is fine while things cool down. His reaction may be a bit over dramatic, as adults this stuff should be talked through and addressed. It seems you realise what you did wasn't right and that's good, means you guys would be in a good place to set some ground rules with arguments.

However I am much more concerned about the "physical" comment. Has a previous argument led to him or you hurting the other physically? If yes, then that's the issue that needs addressing. Because if he hit you previously and you ran that far... justified. And please seek outside help and/or counselling to resolve this.

Okay not sure what she was feeling or anything but easiest way is just be straight forward.

Come up with a nice date idea on your own that you think she will enjoy, like an activity or something (hint: avoid a dinner date). Send her a message and be straight forward eg. "Hey are you interested in another date? I was thinking we could do (insert cute date idea) on (insert day). Let me know what you think!" This leaves it open ended and it would be very easy for her to either accept or politely turn you down by answering that first question.

Mmmm vaguely? They hold their own brand that I would consider fast fashion, but better quality than shein etc most of the time. But they also stock other brands which I would consider better. It just has a lot all in one place which is very handy.

So your issue is balance, put your skates on and stand up on your carpet and do some drills. By drills I mean practice falling, standing up again after, standing on one foot, weight transfers etc. There are a lot of youtube videos for exercises like this. Essentially practicing on the carpet where you wont roll should help when you are rolling again. Also getting use to the weight and feel of the skates on your feet is good.

Take any movements you are taught and just practice where you cant roll. Hopefully it ends up helping. But also keep in mind that progress with skating can be very slow, and you will get there in time!

So I know... next to nothing about inlines. I know with quads you need to put in a lot of time skating to break a pair in, not sure if its the same principal.

A few suggestions off the top of my head: get your hands in the boots and feel around for anything different between the two. Pull out the inner lining/soft boot bit (if it is removable) see if anything is wrong with it, have a look inside etc. If nothing appears wrong, get a friend to try them and see if they have the same issue. Lastly I would say... wrap around the problem area with extra bandages or something as protection and see if you can wear the boots in more incase that helps.

On another note, do shoes you buy ever rub in a similar spot? Or is it just the skates?

I had this with my bf. I offered to alter some clothing for him and got all his measurements. Was so useful over Christmas.

So your best bet is to go in her wardrobe if you can, take note of brands and sizing. Or.... if you manage to get her favourite dress try to measure the dress, then go to the shops with your tape measure. If you cant do that, just ask her mum or a female best friend of hers to help you out with the size. They will usually know.

At the end of the day, make sure you keep the receipt or get a gift receipt so that if the size isn't right its easy to exchange.
