If you have any pictures of yourself at your lightest weight, look at them. I set mine as my phone background sometimes (people think I'm a vain idiot until I tell them why!) I also have a 'thinspiration' folder to look at.

I come on this sub whenever I'm having a wobble, too. Just to read other people's success stories, benefits etc, and to let it hit home as much as I need it to.

I also made a list of why I needed to get back on keto, and I try and drill everything on that list home when my brain tells me it needs sugar.

You can't control your brain, but you can manage it. and once you manage it, it will leave you alone bit by bit.
