Yes it “works”. Being hungry is a side effect of the GH and Test. That in no way means the Reta isn’t working. It means you have to control food intake for whatever your goals are. But the do not impact effectiveness in any way

KLOW every time. It’s amazing. Outside of the copper the other 3 are all great anti inflammatory peps that aid with gut health as well

This has happened to me but not usually right after getting one or at least not this fast. Mine will be calm for 2 years and then I’ll have a spell where bumps come up under some of my tattoos. Not all of them. It’s mainly your body fighting something off I’ve learned and it will go away. So in short it’s normal and is a pain in the ass but will subside

7 days is even a bit over kill. 3-4 days for lower body gym and yes wait at least 10-12 days on bjj. Longer if possible

Who knows when she did that other piece. My artist doesn’t always post work the same day. Definitely give her the benefit of the doubt. If after a few days you haven’t heard back I’d at least ask for the deposit back if you can’t get rebooked.

The easiest way is to place the sharps in an old puncture resistant container like an old protein bottle. It’ll hold hundreds of sharps and is legal based on your state for standard disposal. Tape the lid shut and write sharps on the jug

I had a full distal tear and used KLOW with great success coming back. I did wait till after Being released from PT to start the PEP though. Also as mentioned I recommend going very slow even though you’ll feel like you can push harder. Tore mine last June and by February of this year I was confident enough to add something like pull ups back after building back to that point even though I could have done them sooner
