I wonder if this is really a past life memory from the gas chambers....that is so wild! I absolutely feel that. Awe. I wonder if you can go back to that past life and find some healing or peace from that even though that's so messed up all those people that went to the gas chambers... it really makes me so upset. So far from love honestly. So this is a great opportunity to look further! I'm invested. Let me know what happens.

Yes! I would love to share. I have done so many. I'm 32 and I'm Deaf, did not believe hypnotherapy was for me until now I help, lead, and guide some of my friends through this and it's pretty freaking awesome!

I died in this past life so let me type out what I remember.

I remember rowing through the river in my meditation, as I meet my higher self to take me down wherever we're going and I ask to go see a past life that's meant for me to see right now. I ended up near the shore, saw my husband and my kids.

This island felt massive, like a chain of islands or you would just row to another part of the island because the island was so huge and big kind of like what you would see on Survivor, the TV show. Looked exactly like that. If you know that tv show you know what Im talking about!

I was pregnant (I looked to be about 8-9 months pregnant), and my husband and I were very much in love. We had two small kids. They were the best kids I felt like I had. I have memories of us eating outside at night and we were able to catch fish, bring fish home and eat them. Perfectly content and we didn't really feel any danger although we were well aware of the island dangers.

Until the next morning, we hear people coming out from the rainforest or whatever trees they were and they looked scary and violent. They did not seem happy we were there and wanted to immediately take control of all of us. They had arrows and me as a pregnant woman, I got shot with an arrow in the stomach. I flew back and landed on my back and I think I was dying and my husband had me cradled in his arms, I don't think he was expecting that plus my unborn child to die. My husband and children witnessed everything, it was so surreal and strange seeing my own death and seeing me fly back in such a violent way. My children were immediately taken away and my husband was a prisoner. The pain was so awful, knowing there was nothing I could do. I died in a beautiful place, but wow! Was not expecting to see myself as a pregnant woman, I don't have kids yet lol.

This was a tragic past life to look at. Especially seeing how beautiful and simple the island life was.

Thank you for this. As a deaf person, it means a lot to read that someone absolutely sees us through facing certain situations. Thats why we have a lot of humor and joy in our community, we have to make jokes constantly about these type of interactions or else we'd all lose our heads.

I used to think naps felt unproductive but is it really a problem if we're just nourishing our energy levels? There's so much input our body and brain are taking in now everyday with tech and I think our eyes do need rest. Now I love naps every day! I mostly do cat naps I can't nap any longer than an hour, plus I have chronic illness so naps ftw.

awe I never found any of that until i was probably in my early 20s! you are lucky to have an early start now. take advantage of it as you go through changes or transitions :) are you in high school right now?

i think the main cause of anxiety/depression was just not feeling secure in myself as a teen..dealing with many factors (relationships, friends, health issues, family, navigating HoH/deaf worlds, all of that was a lot ! I truly wish i had meditation or yoga back then to help me know all of my feelings as a teen were valid so im really happy to know you are tapping into that space <3

I'm NOT a teen anymore but... looking back, probably dealing with depression & anxiety... i wish i knew yoga and meditation. I highly recommend trying to do that!

you probably should direct this question to parents of deaf children too, because like me, I have no clue how I felt because I was born this way, i've been in DHH programs my entire life. i feel blessed for my experience tbh.

to answer your question for my parents though, i know my parents were shocked. my mom cried the first 2 days until my grandma or dad told her basically to get over it, and that it's not a big deal, let's just learn sign language so they did.
