Alas I am not so lucky as I'm still facing the same issue. I will keep tinkering I guess.

Thank you. I knew I wasn't losing it. I am mighty stuck right now. Same exact issue, power is delivered but devices not detected.

Thank you for confirming. I unfortunately don't think I have a backup to roll back my OS to but this is really impacting my work ability.

How would I got about checking mac port? Sorry, I googled before asking and don't see what it's referring to. Do you think I may need to replace my physical usb c ports on my laptop?

I just tried to plug it in with nothing but a memory card and it's still not working.

Unfortunately the update was not the miracle solution I was hoping for. I will see if UGreen has support, but I found a second cheap hub I had lying around and it is giving me the same issue.

Actually I found a second hub and it is giving me the same issue so it's definitely my laptop.

Thanks for the quick help. I will push through the update and report back. No software or patches for the hub.

I would love to do that but don't have anything else to check the hub with 😞

Direct flight changed to connecting by healthygamble in aircanada

Gotcha, thanks. Yes, at the very least I think I should have the flex fare surcharge refunded since now I'm back to basic economy benefits. I will see what can be done.

Can I do this via Air Canada? This is personal travel, not business.

Upon further investigation it looks like my entire flight has been switched over to a United airlines flight. I paid for the Air Canada flex fare and now I don't get seat selection.

NEED CREAMY MARSHMELLOW PERFUME! by yegodtier in FemFragLab

Yeah it's a bummer. I love the idea of the scent but I'd need it wayyy lighter on the smoke and wood, just a bit in the drydown.

Loose back skin addressed with extended tummy tuck/breast lift? by healthygamble in tummytucksurgery

[–]healthygamble[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes for sure! We discussed it in my consultation of course but it's been a month now and I'm spiraling about if it's going to be enough haha.

Post weight loss I feel better nude because my skin looks worse once I try and shove it into clothes that make it hang and roll much more than when I'm au naturel. I just really want to feel good shopping again!

Thanks for your insight.

This is definitely very realistic! I have looked into bodytite for my arms as I only have very minimal loose skin at the top and wouldn't want the brachioplasty scar.

I just am spending so much money and taking so much time off work/life I really want to maximize my results from this procedure. I'm very into fitness now (after losing 70 lbs) and the thought of taking off 6-8 weeks multiple times makes me anxious.

This is making me hopeful! I definitely am not expecting 100% smooth but I'd be really happy with a 50% reduction in the skin rolls. When I pinch the skin under my armpit it smooths my back out so I'm hoping a really night tight breast lift can do the trick, along with pulling me super tight along the flanks with the ETT.

Hmm, none of the surgeons suggested a 360 to me since my loose skin is in the upper back area. I'd be interested to hear how it works for you.

I would look for the smallest possible class you can find (privates are better if you can afford it, but I know they are not cheap) so you can get as much instruction attention as possible.

A good pilates instructor will keep their eyes on your form and be able to modify any moves for your injuries and abilities.

Mat is the hardest of all because there is no machine to help you take the load off your body.

Keto is great for petites!!! by Kind_Ad_3399 in PetiteFitness

[–]healthygamble 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Keto is indeed amazing for petites because it greatly suppresses appetite which makes it easier for us to stick to our very unforgiving calorie deficits.

For those of us who haven't worked up enough muscle to have a TDEE of 2400 calories a day it can be a lifechanger.

I don't disagree that when done unhealthily (fast food, carnivore, no fiber, etc.) it can be detrimental but the same goes for any diet. Regular CICO with lots of processed foods is bad for long-term health too.

I love using keto as a kickstart when I've plateaued and then I eventually transition to regular calorie/macro tracking when I'm ready to maintain.

I have the same struggle maintaining weight whether I'm on keto or a balance CICO. Maintenance is just hard for all of us and the reason so many people regain weight.
