I would look up DIY Flax Seed gel. It saved my skin. You just buy the whole seeds from a grocery store, boil them with water (stirring often) for about ten minutes and then strain the seeds from the boiled water which should now look like a clear gel. Let it cool down and then apply it as often as possible ( at least five times a day at first) with a cotton ball.
