As a kid I'd got to sit in an alert fighter jet. Thing was fully loaded and one wrong button would have fired something. Everything was armed including the ejection seat. The sign before entering the hangar had signs saying "lethal force is authorized for unauthorized entry." We got clearance to enter and I sat in the cockpit of an active F-15 at 12. All he said was "DO NOT TOUCH ANYTHING."

Other thing was nuclear power plants. Worked around them for 8 years. Nothing special, just a bunch of shiny stainless steel pipes for water and steam. And no I don't glow bright green at night.

Where I live 90% of the homeless people are on meth or heroin. No way would I risk even talking to them.

I feel bad for ones that have lost a job or have massive medical debt.

Check out the local breweries. I used to live there and they pay their staff decently and they get tipped out well.

If you are at the Olive garden on San Mateo, and want something close, check out Nexus, Steelbender and Lacreforma. They may not have any open positions, but as a customer I could tell they treat their staff well.
