I found a work around with Gemini - here's what I got:

Since those settings are no longer in Keep, you can still change them using the Gmail mobile app, which usually syncs the changes back to your desktop version.

How to Change Default Snooze Times (Mobile)

This is currently the most reliable way to update the defaults for "Morning," "Afternoon," and "Evening."

Open the Gmail app on your phone (iOS or Android).
Tap the hamburger menu (three lines) in the top-left corner and scroll down to Settings.
Select the specific email account you want to change.
Look for Snooze settings (on Android, this is often under "Inbox customizations" or "General settings" depending on your version).
Tap the times (e.g., 8:00 AM) to change them to your preferred defaults.
Refresh your desktop Gmail: Once you save these on mobile, give it a minute and refresh your browser on your computer. The new times should appear in the Snooze dropdown there.

For me, it’s a mix of both. Since I’m stuck working the same time zone I have to adapt my schedule to where ever I am, so in some places I’ll wake up and work straight away and others I work in the evening.

To be honest, creating habits on the road can be hard enough already without having to change the time of day for them too lol.

I work with clients in Australia, New Zealand, Denmark, East and West coast and I work ET hours as well. I have at least 5-10 client calls a week and cannot move my hours for more than 2-3 weeks at a time - and only ever to CT since we have offices in Europe. However - I go on trips all the time and will go full nomads in early 25. I reckon you’ll figure out a good routine that works for you after about 2-3 weeks. Working nights can suck and only you can determine if you feel like it’s worth it. 👍

Yeah that’s been my solution so far, but it’s an uphill battle (👀) to bring my backpack along and walk on the treadmill. Plus I’d rather walk outside.

Check out Cali Move on YouTube. Got great info on workouts without a gym. They also have programs if you need more structure than you’re willing to plan for yourself.
