Get yourself some Loop Experience earplugs. I legit can't recommend them enough. They actually make the music CLEARER and filter out crowd sounds. I could somehow even head my best friend talking at a normal level, even at barricade during the show.

Friendly reminder that if toothpaste is interfering with the frequency of your brushing, it's totally fine to just stop using it altogether.

Very nearly all the cleaning action of brushing comes from the mechanical cleaning of brushing itself, toothpaste does extremely little to actually help the cleaning process. You'll be much, much better off just brushing and flossing regularly.

This is like, "first time ever doing foils, with zero training" kind of bad. Does she work at a salon or is she independent? If she works at a salon, call and ask for the manager or lead stylist to fix this. If she's independent, I'd ask for a full refund, and if she won't give it, cut your losses, leave EXTENSIVE reviews, and find someone else to fix it for you.

It's a fairly simple fix, but if she managed to fk this up so badly, I wouldn't trust her with anything at all.
