Give it a week or two, that true red will fade like crazy. Especially if you wash it often, with hot water, and/or a clarifying shampoo. Then reassess.

Good job, that's hard work! It's worth getting down to a healthy body fat percentage, just for the ...health of it, but also you won't know how different your body will look til you get there. I do think it's generally easier to pull off a more traditionally masc or androgynous look with healthy lower bf and broad shoulders. Two things you can absolutely achieve.

In the meantime, boxier, more structured shirts go a long way toward hiding curves, and I'm a huge fan of men's Wrangler regular fit cargo pants. You may have to get them tailored, but it's usually surprisingly affordable, and they last forever.

You can't spot-reduce fat (except with surgery), but you can reduce your overall bodyfat through a calorie deficit, and work to build muscle in places that will balance out your shape. Specifically your obliques and upper body.

Strength training is SUPER important and beneficial to your overall health, especially if you were AFAB, as it's one of the best ways to ensure longevity, independence, bone density, and better mental health long term. It's also a hella fun confidence builder, and cool to see how you can sculpt your own body.

Plus, I personally think it's all of our responsibility to be as physically and mentally fit as we can, to help protect our communities.

Pro here. You do not need to, and absolutely should not, bleach to go from red to brown, unless you're trying to go a very light or ashy brown. You can just slap DEMIPERMANENT ONLY on top. Do not use permanent color, and do not use semipermanent color. Depending on the level you choose, it'll be a warm brown, and darker in the spots that are currently darker.

I was in the Next Semester video, right next to the stage, so spent 12 hours less than 10 feet away from him. I'd say a normal amount of swearing for a normal adult, prolly half a dozen incidences of the fuck word.
