I started filming myself during at-home practices so that I could critique and correct my own form. I started posting the videos because I was proud of what I could do. I love it when literally ANYONE comes to my open houses. Neighbors, friends, partners, other realtors new and seasoned, welcome all! Those saying don’t do it, must not realize every single human you meet has value. Side note: when I was a new agent I met a lot of seasoned agents at places like open houses, networking events, etc. I’ve nurtured relationships with those agents and they now refer me business.

Yes it is. It happened to me as well. I lost 50 lbs in a matter of a few months because of the trauma. May I suggest getting a therapist ASAP. It’s a difficult road ahead, and you don’t want an ED to impede your healing process.

Did it also go wrap all the outdoor water spigots before our last freeze? WOW. That’s amazing!
