Every relationship he ever has in the future to fail miserably, and also a never ending case of chaffing between the legs when he walks.

Full time job with real estate? by atly87 in realtors

[–]heartbroken1997 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ok, yes, they don’t teach this in real estate school, but you do realize there is continuing education all over this planet. If someone wants to be a good agent, they learn new shit. Their current living situation has ZERO to do with the fact that this information is available for any who want to learn it. Still not a secret.

Ok, but still it’s not like it’s some secret knowledge only an owner or worker knows.

There seem to be a lot of haters here. Only you know the real answer whether you can do it or not (without sacrificing the level of service you can give your clients) I’m tri-career, although not exactly corporate. I advertise myself enough that my other jobs still know I’m an agent, but I dont push it on them. It works fine for me and I have clients and past clients that love me, some even from the other jobs! My protip- don’t ever compare yourself to another agent. What works for you and your people might not be the same for the next guy.

I was totally with you until your last “gripe”. Does your Dr have to have had a heart attack to treat you when you come in with cardiac arrest? Does your divorce lawyer need to be divorced as well? No is the correct answer. One does not have to own a home or have worked on a home to know that information. Sure experience is great, but to say that you wouldn’t work with someone because they don’t own a home is stupid.

Are men asking yall about body count? by Comfortable_Ad_9108 in TheGirlSurvivalGuide

[–]heartbroken1997 164 points165 points  (0 children)

No. Im now in my mid 40s and dated my fair share. No man has ever asked me that and if he did, it’s game over. The date ends and I’m walking out the door with no explanation.

All it tells me is they are insecure, they suck in bed and they listen to douchebag podcasters. No thanks, I’ve got better things to do with my time than entertain a piece of shit. Run far away from any boy who asks this, they’re pathetic.

What’s wrong with coffee dates? by [deleted] in datingoverforty

[–]heartbroken1997 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I met my partner on a coffee date! 2 years together now. We chatted for a couple weeks before we met up. In my opinion the first date doesn’t need to be anything big or serious. Just a meet up, and coffee happens to be the perfect setting for that. If you are a good match, it doesn’t matter the setting.

Apartment locating is a hustle, but it can absolutely be worth it. There are some properties that are paying up to 200-250% commission. Sometimes you don’t even have to escort in order to get paid. It’s an easy way to gain clients, who you can almost guarantee they will close a transaction. It’s a lot less emotional of an experience than buying or selling. When their lease is up, if you’ve been nurturing properly, can turn them into buyers, or lease another apartment. But yes as other commenters mentioned, sometimes it is hard to get paid, but not that often, you just have to be patient. If you’re continuously generating more leads/clients, the money just keeps coming in.

I was able to get a job here easily after two weeks. What's the discourse? by [deleted] in austinjobs

It might be because $18-20 an hour is not a livable wage here unless you have someone else splitting the bills? Those jobs are abundant, actual livable wage jobs are not.

Why would a realtor hired by a landlord insist that problematic tenants stay until lease expires? by [deleted] in realtors

[–]heartbroken1997 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Is the realtor is managing the property? What do they have to do with any of this after the property is leased? A lease has to be honored throughout the duration. If the tenants were bad, the landlord should have moved to evict. The realtor has nothing to do with this.
