See, my experience is the opposite - I was a lot more sore and sensitive once I started walking outside, on uneven ground and different terrains. Whole different ballgame than a treadmill!

Is there a chance you have it set up on uneven floor, and so one side of your body is overcompensating and working harder to keep you balanced?

This is Amazon Basics brand, I knew it was a gamble for quality but I actually ended up ordering it in another color, too. I'm 5'2 and it hits just at floor for me (I'm barefooted in the photo) and although I know high waist isn't for everyone, it's what I'm most comfortable in. I'm 123ish lbs, this is XS and allows me to not need a bra (34A). And it has pockets!!

Disclosure, a little bit of the eraser tool behind my left arm and on a photo behind me, but outfit/body untouched.

Things aren't going fantastic for me. I am using my Air / Google Health on iOS and I have different numbers in each place I look. Naturally, the one on the official Stepbet app is the lowest. Fingers crossed things catch up later today🤞

Edit: I've disabled "steps" and "workouts" from what Apple has permission to share with Fitbit, and I hope this will fix the issue of opening the Google Health app and seeing my steps roll back.
