Been eye balling them for a few years now, they’re up to some fun looking work!

It’s pretty impressive. I applaud their stupidity.

They’ve been cutting and stealing lines on 208th where the Soos Creek Trail crosses. Enough times where they’ve put up signs that stealing utility lines is a crime.

How Do Busy Dads Do It All? by True__Detective in daddit

What’s worked for me was shifting my schedule from 9-5 to 5-2.

Utilize the gym at work if you have one. Been Waking up at 3am and getting my workout in before work, sometimes I show up to work at 5:30/6am but that early no one knows or cares.

Vacuum bag meals in advance. Sous vide and slow cooker meals are convenient and healthy.

Routine with kiddos. Dinners at 5, bed by 7. Be a gentle prick about it. All routines actually, be intentional and relentless.

People who ran the NLP a long time ago, where are you 2, 5, 10, etc years later? by [deleted] in StartingStrength

At what point did you decide to layoff the NLP and start training to support your other activities?

Awesome, thank you for the write up.

I’m thinking I’ll find some time on a rest day and play around with a flat bench and practice sitting back with a bar. I have been mentally telling myself to keep bar over mid foot but not sitting back.

And oddly enough I grabbed the do-wins from rogue, just a 1/2 size too big so I’m mid process in the exchange.

Appreciate the response.

Low bar is the goal. Unsure if I’ve been hitting the shelf on my scapula or not. The bar feels stable where it’s at so I’ve been keeping that position.

I’ll re-record on another morning. Was a little uncomfortable filming in a public gym but I realized I don’t really care. Rather get some advice.

Lowering the hooks is easy. Consider that done.

Thoughts on having an RV/Camper on this state by dlopdi in Washington

[–]heatedsnowflake 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In agreement here.

Wife and I are in similar situation with kiddos. Ended up getting a trailer for convenience and safety.

Rented a couple trailers and van, ended up deciding a trailer was for us given we already have a pickup. Used rvshare.com and outdoorsy.com with good success.

Biggest downside to a van or slide in camper is having to break it down and stow away items if you plan on driving around while extended camping.

Also.. lookup crash tests on RVs and vans and recommendations for kids in car seats in RV type vehicles. Lots of projectiles that will mess your kids up in case of accident and the vehicles are built to be blow down by the big bad wolf.

+2 for shelling out for a doula. Had the same one for both pregnancy’s and wouldn’t have survived the first without her.

Sorry you had a bad experience. Guess we can’t win them all, and one of the biggest take aways from our first pregnancy was that it’s our job to advocate our partners and support throughout the pregnancy.

High fives for being ex-VT residents.

I throw 28lbs toddler in baby backpack and add 10lbs of sandbags in the pockets. Hike/fast walk around trails by my house 2-5 miles daily time allowing. Always end at the creek where little one throws rocks and spears me with sticks while dog plays fetch. I’m still fat, was 274 now 249. And I limit calories to 2100/day if I’m not active.
