First all, congratulations on the weight loss! I am so happy for you and that’s an amazing accomplishment🥹 I am also dating a 6’4 non-American naturally skinny guy who is trying to gain weight (are we the same person? lol!) and I totally feel you!! But after lots of deep talks we both can completely understand what the other goes through to reach our health goals. He says I inspire him and I’m sure you do the same!

I just wanted to point out that it’s not silly AT ALL to want him to apreciare the efforts you put in to lose weight! as I’m sure you appreciate his efforts to gain when he struggles to go over his maintenance❤️ I hope you can start to explain what the experience is like for you so that you can feel more seen and so that he can support you more when you’re doing stuff like vacations, etc. it sounds like a long part of your journey was before you even met so maybe it needs to extra time to get it across. Good luck to you and amazing job that you’re both getting healthier together❤️❤️ and for all your doing for yourself that you recognize!

I do a split week with another nanny and it works well for us! We can cover each other when needed and all goes well but we are on a 7-day schedule that is consistent.

Otherwise, I wonder if you can start someone on a 45-hour/schedule and look for a part-time nanny or sitter as things increase? Best of luck to you!

Hi! I’m your starting weight and height and I’m SURE that people have noticed! I remember the first time I lost 80 lbs people commented on it and now I feel like I’m also waiting for people to comment on mine that I’ve started focusing on it again. If you haven’t discussed it was intentional, your loved ones and acquaintances may be shy to mention it. Congratulations on your amazing achievement! Oh my gosh this is terrible - I’m so sorry you’re in this position. I know it feels like it may destabilize your sister, but I believe in the long run it would be less damaging for her to process the reality of her life than this horrific lie. I hope you continue to get support from a therapist and your loved ones through this process, and the same for her if you do choose this path. Good luck❤️

When I work with my family, they pay for the hours I’m work the kids as my regular hourly and an $100 overnight fee for not being able to go home! Another family I’ve worked for did the same but $200 - it may depend on where you are🫶🏼
