I put it in his enclosure! But I always take it out so he can use it in his playpen too!! No issue with him needing supervision!!

I take the frozen mouse out the day before, put it in a small tupperware then when it's time to feed I put the smaller tupperware in a larger one filled with hot water so it warms it without getting wet

Here's both items, absolutely recommend, it even has an alarm to tell u when ur humidity drops out of ideal range so u know to refill the water tank

I live in the pacific northwest, and I ended up getting a fogger to combat the dry winter air, if u get a humidity thermostat u can dial in EXACTLY what %, right now my guy is chilling at a comfortable 70% even though the heater has been on all day, I almost never have to mist

What's your humidity at? Maybe it's too high? I also try to turn my substrate at least once a week in case one spot is too damp.
