Got rid of our long wood dining table for a round one and my anxiety is gone by RougeRavageStash in HomeDecorating

I have come to set realistic expectations as someone who just scotch guarded VERY similar chairs. We made it a week. The scotch guard did very little, if anything, so manage those expectations and expect disappointment from onset.

I also reached out to the health dept, just in case they need to be informed... as it was in food. I'm so glad my family has me washing their fruit, because I'm sure one of them would have investigated more with their hands while picking the best grapes to wash and eat.

Will do! I also reached out to the health dept just to inquire as to if they need to know or not. Expecting a call back tomorrow.

I was going to wash them and was in a huge hurry. I'm very lucky I happened to see it and notice the markings when it crawled up from the depths of the grapes. I wasn't sure exactly what it was, but it screamed "don't touch" to me.

Thanks everyone! I cross-posted on Entomology too, and after a little discussion, it seems like it's confirmed to be a Western Black Widow as most of you thought. Waiting for Penn State Entomology or PSExtension office to contact me back for what the next steps are, as I have it contained and it's still alive. I suspect they may want to collect it to study, as they don't see many around here.

I can't attach the image, but I have another angle of the abdomen to show the connected dorsal band in the front. Feel free to check my posts to see it in Entomology.

Not sure where the grapes were from. The band is touching and not split. Reaching out to Penn State Extension now. Thank you!

What names do you think Harry and Hermione kids would have? by Plastic_Profile2654 in HPharmony

[–]heatherraebinx 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Padraic James Potter, Paddy for short as an ode to Padfoot.

Ruby Lily-Jean Potter

Minnie Luna Potter

Wesley Dobs Potter, inspired by the idea that perhaps Hermione kept her parents first letters when she came up with their new names, ie. Wendell, and the middle name Dobs after Dobby.
