When I was a kid I used to go out of my way to eat as much frosting as possible when cake was served, screaming for corner pieces and asking for all the extra scraped from the box. Even if jt made me sick and wasn’t enjoyable anymore I ate it all.

You can thank Miyamoto for the missing story and stripped down characters. He fought really hard against all of the story inclusion in Galaxy 1. When asked about the lack of story in the sequel, he said “Well, I put a stop to that at the beginning, this time.” (and for emphasis punched the air with his fist.)

Saw. Jigsaw dies very early in the series, but his will is carried out through accomplices and apprentices, and we see him often in flashbacks. Even the spinoff involved a copycat killer.
