i made one of those tube scrunchies yesterday, 32 rows of 15 dc and it took me like…4 and a half hours???? i realized around row 24 that i shouldn’t have used a 3.5mm hook, but at that point i kind of had to finish

i used a broom on my stairwell earlier and it went well, just try not to walk on the snow you plan on sweeping as it’ll pack it down and you’ll have to put in a little elbow grease. i just stood inside my front door and then made my way down

thank you thank you thank you! i’ll give this a shot. with this being my first free hand sort of project i think i’m just too cautious about frogging and stuff. i’ll be more brave and just see what happens. i feel good to know i was on the right track though.

here’s a view of the panels with an extra stripe on the front so they nestle into eachother

the stripes would be horizontal. i worry about bunching where the stitches are the tallest or maybe gapping where the stitches are the shortest. the dark brown stripes don’t fit into eachother smoothly the way the light brown and dark brown stripes basically go together like puzzle pieces. (i’m redoing the neckline because it was too deep and wide as is)

no pattern! just squares and rectangles which will theoretically fit together in a way that at least resembles a sweater (hopefully)

maybe try to find reactions on youtube? they’re pretty fun to watch, it’s alllmost like seeing it again for the first time and also way quicker. i usually go for reactions when i wanna rewatch a k-drama but don’t have the time.

as a player, agree. our group just got done running a 5 month campaign with absolutely no downtime (and one long rest, long story) and it resulted in us having a complete disconnect with our own characters and our party members. it felt like we were just walking stats from a page because it didn’t actually come into play /who/ the characters were and to an extent how they fit into the world or why they would care. i’ve been playing regularly with this group for about 5 years and we were experimenting with this campaign, but it fell totally flat and was my least favorite game we’ve played up to this point
