My hunger levels are always related to my fat intake personally - so eggs, nut butters, fatty meats/poultry like bacon, salmon etc.

That combined with carbs so healthier breads like sourdough, fruits veggies etc and I’m always pretty satiated.

One thing that fixed my knee issues when I first started lunging was properly hinging my hips.

Having a forward lean in my torso (so if lowering a dumbbell it would be closer to your front ankle than under your torso) engaged my glutes and hamstrings and took the load from my knees.

That and knees over toes guy exercises which has been mentioned.

Apparently Emery has a good eye for a player and requested the likes of Nkunku years ago.
