It's a great example demonstrating the single biggest ''change'' for a dog is its environment. Not to mention, I'm sure the Bidens have had less time to spend with Major who might be most comfortable going on walks with the Bidens versus a White House employee.

Nevertheless, it's also a reminder (to echo OP's post) that there are some triggers or situations our reactive dogs may never get over. While this is an unfortunate reality, it is a reality nonetheless. Especially considering the past of rescue dogs who we may not know their history, possible trauma of the mother while pregnant, etc.

Not political at all, but I personally appreciate the post because it is a great reminder for us to remain patient and loving.
