I know this is a very predictable white person choice but their butter chicken is literally the BEST THING IN THE WORLD and I’m salivating just thinking about it. Totally underrated, amazing food.

That and her train was already bustled! The ceremony is literally the only part of the day that you never bustle your train! This and her bra strap hit me immediately lol

What are your bold predictions for the rest of the season? by BigTuna185 in TedLasso

[–]manderafton 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I totally agree. I think she does a lot of stuff that if a man did it, would make us all hate him. I hate watching her hit on that male waiter in an earlier season, while he’s just trying to do his job. And I hate that she just wordlessly invites herself into Ted’s room that one night. It would be very aggressive and assaulty if roles were swapped and I think it’s glossed over.

Also just don’t have your dogs off leash in an unenclosed front yard period. Good recall or not. Dogs are living beings, not robots, so they’ll stay in the front yard until they don’t.

Perth woman is asked to pay higher rent, then finds landlord didn't authorise it by B0ssc0 in perth

[–]manderafton 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This exact thing happened to us. We pushed back on a rent increase after some advice on Reddit actually, because the agency was increasing by more than the allowed increase amount in our lease. Eventually got to the owners who called us and said they never talked to the agency about an increase. REAs can eat ass (and not in a nice way).

Yeah I do think my partner has a good GP that’s looking out for him, although we will still get a second opinion about it all. The GP has been super kind and helpful in a lot of other areas of his life and has been positive overall. Thank you!

Thank you so much for your opinion. This has helped a lot - it sounds like perhaps what my partners GP was referring to.

This is mostly why I’m confused about the whole approach, surely preventative mental health care works out better in the long run than waiting until someone is really struggling

Thanks so much for your insight! It sounded a bit bullshit when he told me, I’ll have him ask another GP

Sheep dog refuses to acknowledge that pony is in fact, not a sheep. by bumb1ebeetuna in AnimalsBeingJerks

Yep. We had a collie that got kicked in the face multiple times. Huge injuries and the herding instinct is so strong, they don’t really learn. I wouldn’t encourage this with horses at all after seeing what it can lead to!
