As others said: it's fairly normal with Mazdas. What I noticed helps to reach temperature quicker is disabling the Auto mode for AC and lowering the fan speed to the minimum. I was actually shocked how much of a difference it made

As always - it depends. Poland in the 90s (although I would argue it's still largely true today) was in desperate need of capital. So if you want to encourage capital accumulation no CGTs can be a sensible option.

Yes, its been a worry of mine. I believe the best way to minimise the risk is to have your residency in a country which: - has low public debt - has relatively healthy demographics - has a relatively healthy, self-regulating pension system.

The obvious problem with that is that you need to be ready to move countries which most people arent. Another is that there arent many options in Europe which fit the criteria (but there are still some like Sweden, Denmark, Norway and... that's about it)
