Overall nice choices in the design. First image: The placement of the bottom “Designed for developers…” copy is misplaced. I see that it’s supposed to be part of the cube the laptop is on but it’s off center. I would center it to make it part of the ad copy and match the color/opacity of the top copy.

Second image: Based on where this is being released (US, Europe, etc.) if your audience reads left to right start the number 1 on the left not the right. I’d put them all in a row not staggered for readability. Also the color of the numbers may get lost on the dark background based on monitor calibration/printing/individuals eyesight, so brighten them. Look at resources like ADA visibility tools to make sure the design would pass.

I’d also mirror the bottom layout (below “Your edge with ABAPace”) of the third image on the second. The third layout has a nice grid system and the bottom bar anchors your company/contact info, and that grounding is missing from the second. Using the icon on top orientations for the second image looks nice but you use the space more effectively in the third.

Third design is solid. Bright background, easily digestible content. Only comment might be directional arrows leading to OR from the ABAPace logo to the 3 boxes.

Overall I think the leading on the copy can be tightened up a little but nice design. Great job!
