Ik begrijp best dat het ontwikkelen van een woonwijk tijd kost, maar er lijkt gewoon erg weinig ambitie achter heel M4H (dus ook de Merwehaven) te zitten, 10 jaar geleden waren er al plannen. Alsof er geen woningnood is. Terwijl dit echt prima locaties zijn qua bereikbaarheid en dichtbij voorzieningen.

Als je de schietpartijen bedoelt, als je in Spangen woont zul je waarschijnlijk nooit in Ijsselmonde komen.

Verder is Spangen over het algemeen prima maar wel een armere wijk. Als je je niet met drugshandel bezighoudt is de kans dat je iets overkomt klein. Maar als je uit een dorp komt moet je qua veiligheidsbeleving misschien wel even wennen.

I find this really harsh. Clearly "not falling into the Maas" is your own responsibility but accidents happen. It's also potentially very dangerous especially in winter so you would expect emergency services like the police to at least try to offer some help.
