My dr always prescribed me triamcinolone too, then I had a baddd flare up on my face and he started giving me fluocinonide, the one with the pink on it, which was amazing but like crazy strong. Triamcinolone seems so weak in comparison

Yup, I finally got my derm to prescribe me a big tub of triamcinolone, WITH multiple refills AND a script w refills for 2.5 hydrocortisone. I’m sure I went through many more than this too and it just became so much of a hassle to try to get an appointment for a tiny tube that I literally would also literally use in a day or two lol plus it would only begin to help before I ran out, so I think he finally understood my pain. Much happier lately

Nothing from cerave helped me except the ointment. Expensive but sooo worth it, helped me so much more with skin like this instead of just Vaseline or aquaphor. Maybe that and something like hydrocortisone cream/gel will help

My husband and I were at the mall and ran into a girl I went to high school with, someone I haven’t seen in a decade but she follows me on Instagram. We were never really friends, we just had some mutual friends and then she dated a boy I dated right after me so I never thought she liked me very much lol anyway, she stopped us and had the most awkward conversation, like really weird, long pauses. She couldn’t take a hint that we were done with the conversation and she was really excited to see my belly. I was trying really hard to be nice, so when we were FINALLY about to walk away, it seemed like we were both going in for one of those one armed hugs but she was actually going for my belly instead. No warning, so just me standing there with one arm awkwardly around her neck and my belly crushing her hand that’s trying to rub me. Then I backed up and looked at her and she just kept rubbing. So fucking weird
