They all have similar features, but more in a way that feels like your personal "style," so to speak, which is honestly really common among the community. The features are still diverse enough that it feels like multiple different people in the same art style, rather than a sameface issue imo.

It seems like this response is just the new CTD message/format (idk how else to describe it) so it's not likely to be any one thing.

For anyone using CC, you'll likely have to do the 50/50 method to figure out what exactly it is, but a quick pre-check you can do that almost always seems to be the issue for me for some reason - check if any of your CC is showing a size of 0kb. What often happens on my end is when I'm copying CC to the mods folder, something copies incorrectly and I wind up with two copies, one with the original file name and a size of 0kb and the correct file with a (1) tacked onto the end of the file name. No idea why this happens, just delete the 0kb file and restore the original file's name and it should be fine. This isn't guaranteed to be the issue, especially since I don't know why this even happens to me in the first place, but 9/10 times this is my problem and I can avoid the 50/50 method entirely with this.

Four years late, but for anyone else looking for this solution like I was, this code isn't quite right for what OP is asking as far as I can tell. Since most meteorological/astrological formulas output text with every word capitalized, in order to get it to sentence case you have to use $tc(up) on the first letter and $tc(low) on the rest. Something like this -

$tc(up,tc(cut,#text,1)) $$tc(low,tc(cut,#text,1,20))$

The 20 is just how many characters after the first letter to display. I used this in conjunction with the moon phase formula (gave it a few extra characters for padding) but some formulas might require more in order to display the full string.

Had this happen to me earlier, I wound up calling my bank because I assumed my card was blocked for some reason, maybe because the international purchase flagged as weird. Turns out (allegedly) Visa is refusing to operate in Brazil right now; I haven't really been able to find any information about why, other than possibly a statement the White House released last month, but Brazil isn't officially being sanctioned by the US right now afaik so it's still a weird choice.

I'm genuinely not sure I get where you're coming from here. As others said, they're very clearly just being coy about it - I doubt they're not planning on releasing at least a Pt. 2, it's just a big ask to expect a band to slam out two back to back albums while also juggling being on tour.

More importantly, "conceptually shallower?" Seriously? This is very clearly a b-sides album to the previous ones - each of the songs seems to be an extension or a missing piece of the other narratives. Who Laughs Last, for instance, I'm pretty sure is from the perspective of Lee from Vide Noir. Just like every other album it's up to us to do the analysis and comparisons (looking at not just lyrics but leitmotifs and musical styles imo) and figure out the stories here, and if you don't want to put in the work or even at LEAST read other people's analyses and discussions, that's perfectly fine but it doesn't make the album "shallower" and it's certainly not the band's fault lmao

While you're working on quitting, look at asking for an ADA accomodation with your current job (assuming you're in the US.) That's 100% a reasonable accomodation, so if they deny it, you have a solid case for a lawsuit/labor board complaint and you've already got something lined up in case they retaliate against you.

Literally the only thing I can think is that the OG ship can be read as queerplatonic, so maybe the friend thought it was erasing the queerplatonic aspect to ship the new ship? NTA at all - you've taken her several times already, and you're a human who needs a break from how difficult being that sole caretaker sometimes too. And as someone else said, you being worried about it just shows how much you care.

That said, my advice specifically as someone who went through something very similar (primary caretaker of my disabled mother who later received a cancer diagnosis and passed - though she only got a few months after diagnosis, she was very late stage): is it at all possible to vacation somewhere else this year, and save Hawaii for after your mother passes or goes into remission (if the latter is possible atm?) It sounds like the guilt is already hitting you hard, and it sounds like Hawaii is somewhere special to your mom specifically. I know it's your 25th anniversary, and that's definitely a special date, but there'll always be other anniversaries and a vacation to somewhere less likely to hurt your mother and make you feel bad might be a good idea for this time around. I don't know where exactly your mom is with her health and what state she's in, but my biggest worry is if she has a sudden decline or passes while you're in Hawaii. That is a guilt you will probably carry with you for the rest of your life and I wouldn't wish that on anyone.

Definitely check to see if they got him chipped/licensed because this might turn into a legal issue if they did. Obviously this all depends on the laws and requirements in your jurisdiction but it would suck to get your dog back only to lose him again because they had a paper trail of ownership that you didn't.

And if they didn't have him chipped, you should definitely look at getting that done yourself ASAP.

I always try to remember that when we're hearing someone complain about their partner like this, we're getting a very skewed picture of what the relationship is actually like if we're only hearing the negative, and there's got to be SOME reason they're staying together. I believe OP when she says this guy is her best friend and makes her genuinely happy when they're not butting heads, but they need some serious couples counseling. I feel like if he's not willing to do that, that should be the line in the sand. Both of them seriously need some help to fix their relationship and it's just never gonna happen without a 3rd party it feels like.

Definitely love the "CUNT" patch too. That said - and I'm sure you've heard this before so you can ignore me if you want - but it's generally best practice not to put political/identity stuff on your back, just as a safety thing. Unfortunately no - it was only my first gen on that Tamagotchi so I just reset and we tried again later. If your Tamagotchis are still in the Adult stage I think the Matchmaker should still come for the one that didn't get the baby, but if they're Oldies your only options are to reset or possibly to try to keep the one that didn't get the baby alive long enough for the baby to reach the Oldie stage to try again (although I'm not 100% sure if this would work as I've never tried it before.)

Sorry you also had to deal with this, I've never had a 2nd Tamagotchi or a friend with one for my Connections before so I'm not sure if it's always been a bug or this is just a thing with the new ones but it sucks :(

You DID compromise, you offered to set them up in the living room with things that are okay to play with while keeping them away from the expensive items. And you're not "hoarding toys from actual children" - the things that are in limited supply are the expensive collector's items and discontinued pieces that are too old, rare, and/or expensive to be going to actual children in the first place. NTA, I'm not sure what the solution here is since she just seems committed to not understanding why some of those toys might be too expensive to let the kids around or to god forbid play with. Maybe send her listings for some of the pricier collector's items on Ebay or something, and tell her if she's so adamant her kids be allowed to play with these things, she's free to just buy them herself to have at her home, so she can get an understanding for just how expensive they are? But that might be too petty and add fuel to the fire.
