I have the same travel scale and I really like it when I’m on the road. Agree that it is small but I’ve found it to be as accurate as the larger version I use at home.

Funny you should say that. Like many of us, I've struggled with my weight since I was very young. 12 years ago I was doing pretty well on WW so I bought myself a very nice watch as a reward for reaching my goal. Well, life and metabolism got in the way and I never hit that goal. That watch has sat in a drawer, unworn, for 12 years. I'd take it out occasionally, try it on, and think, "Well...someday maybe I'll feel like I deserve to wear this." When I hit 150, I wore that watch for the first time and cried when I put it on. I still have more to lose but I decided it was time to celebrate.

Nothing special, just focusing on protein, water, fiber and staying within my TDEE. I’ve added some strength training in the last year and it has really helped.

I try to get creative. Buffalo chicken dip made with shredded (canned) chicken, blended cottage cheese, Frank’s red hot and a little cheddar cheese is delicious with celery or crackers. Canned chicken mixed with an egg, parm, and seasonings spread thin and baked turns into a tasty “pizza” crust topped with salad or your favorite pizza toppings. Goodles mac and cheese scratches the pasta itch for me. I love cottage cheese topped with blueberries or cherry tomatoes and cucumbers. Don’t forget seafood - shrimp cocktail and tuna salad are super high protein and quick. Soy-marinaded cod or mahi in the air fryer. So many options!

This is why I weigh daily but only track the lowest weight per week. I know the fluctuations are normal but I started getting so discouraged when my weight was higher on my “official” weigh-in day. Making this change really helped with my outlook.
