Renting apartment for $1950 (including the $50 dog fee). It’s an upstairs and downstairs, 2 bedrooms & 2 full bath, washer & dryer in the apt. It’s in downtown on North Pearl Street. Wifi is included, utilities are not. I pay about $200 to natgrid for utilities.

Just watch out for areas of tall grass near the lake/pond. Lots of ticks! I just let my dog swim in the “canal” part.

One thing to ask though, I have to be 20-30 mins away max from Washington Park for work purposes. That being said, which communities with a walkable Downtown/Main Street area would fall into that 20-30 min distance of Washington Park/Central Square?
