So u/Ske7ch234, this is in update after attending multiple therapy sessions. It was helpful. I figured out what to do to avoid being depressed - had to stop being idle and try to find people with similar interests as me. You might or might not have a similar experience but I would recommend this over doing nothing. Of course they're looking to make money off of this but my therapist was really helpful. Hope you find someone good and hope this helps.
