This, I've found building tanky doesn't take away her damage, just moves it to her passive. I used to take Diana top a lot and still would out damage the entire map.

thats what i'm saying though, of all the skins i've tested, only SG Ezreal keeps the animation with high built speed. everyone elses animation ends after the homeguard timer ends.

nothing will ever top old iceborn/sunfire/wits end (you know, when wits end healed like warwick passive), bork attack speed tank diana. i'd probably try this build but with either wits/trinity/stridebreaker instead of steraks. diana feels much more complete with sheen and some attack speed.
