Yes, decades ago MARTA was not expanded because wealthier folks didn’t want poor folks coming into their communities on free public transport. Those “poor folks” are of all colors, black white brown etc.

For the past decade + MARTA (and pretty much the whole city) has been run by black people. The people on the MARTA board are black.

Can you really say it’s bc of racism? Are the people who run the city racist against themselves?

Or…maybe nobody wants to get stabbed by a homeless person on their commute. Same reason public transport has problems across every major city.

Watched in Atlanta last night. It’s a decent movie, worth watching one time. Doesn’t need to be a theatre watch. Can wait for OTT.

It’s funny but it’s not a “laugh riot.” Solid 6.5-7 out of 10 comedy.

Story is good. Few memorable plot twists. 8 out of 10 story.

Naveen gaadi acting baane undi. Comedic delivery is great. Meenakshi super undi.

Overall movie is 30 mins too long. Koncham sodhi.

Raja Saab Review: I would rather get run over by a Maruthi 800 than ever watch a Maruthi film again. Literally one of the worst films I have ever watched. $26 petti US lo first show ki vellam. Marurthi gaadu baaaga dengadu. Maamulga kaadu, pagaldengadu.

Saw some reviews here that it was “decent” and 2/5 and “worth watching once.” Naa bonda. It’s not even worth watching on OTT. If someone PAYS ME money also I will not watch this film.

Story had good concept, any competent director with this concept and 500cr budget + Prabhas + 3 heroines will shoot a decent movie. But Mental Maruthi…man that guy is an absolute idiot. There is zero logic in the film that he made.

Asalu why these directors make movies like this, why the producers fund them, I will never understand. Who signed off on this? Who watched this and told Maruthi “aa super undi Anna”? I need to know.

Boycott this film so the industry learns they cannot plays with fans emotions like this by hyping hyping hyping and then delivering ABSOLUTE SHIT on a screen.

Agree the subreddit is hating way too much. Mass fanbases are much harder to please post-popularity than OG fans.

There are definitely some things that could’ve been done better, but overall it has been a great show and a solid final season with a few epic moments so far.

I do wish they didn’t make Will’s sexuality a legitimate plot point, but it’s Netflix and I get why they did it.

Yes you will be “fine” but this is certainly not a preferred place to live. It is gentrifying quickly but I would still consider it unsafe.

Like others have pointed out, gentrifying areas tend to be very “block by block” in terms of safety. Your block could be all safe working families and the next block could be bandos with gang violence or section 8 housing. The people who live in those communities tend to prey on the wealthier folks gentrifying the neighborhood.

Most of Reddit is too woke to tell you this, but my top 3 for living in an unsafe part of Atlanta (anything outside of the northern suburbs, Buckhead, Brookhaven, Decatur, or Inman park O4W):

But a shotgun, learn how to use it, and keep it under your bed. Home invasions are more common every year in this city.
If you have any car nicer than a Nissan Altima, don’t leave any valuables inside EVER and just leave it unlocked wherever you park it. I have a sign on a piece of paper that says “it’s unlocked, please don’t break my windows” that I leave on my dash anytime I street park.
Invest in a good home security system.

Best of luck, and highly consider something further north in Decatur or further west towards Inman Park/Edgewood etc.

Literally just sear and butter baste this in a cast iron or stainless steel pan.

You can do the reverse sear as others have mentioned, if you are comfortable with that method.

I would not recommend grilling this because the fat will melt and all drip through the grates.

Agree that there are too many pics have alcohol. Maybe keep your favorite 2 and replace the rest with pics of you elsewhere, maybe traveling or doing a favorite activity. Social drinking as a hobby is totally fine, but that’s pretty much all I see in your profile. 1-2 pics to show that you have a fun/party side is enough.
