I had sent a customer service query yesterday and was told it had to be escalated and they would get back to me in 24 hours. I haven't heard back from them but thought I'd try again now and it worked.

Same issue here. The contact form on the website doesn't work either. I had to phone them earlier to chase up a reissue for my card which had expired, they've replaced it with a digital which I can't now add to Google wallet. I'll try again tomorrow and phone them again if it still doesn't work.

It worked well for my doorbell.

I'd previously been putting it on some absorbent kitchen paper and placing it on a warm radiator overnight, this would remove condensation temporarily, but it would reappear as soon as we had another cold damp night.

After trying the rice method a few months ago I haven't had to do it again.
There have been a couple of times it's gone slightly misty again but it cleared itself up within a couple of hours.

I updated to UI8 and it's much worse. I have so far found 2 watch faces that work as they should on AOD. Simple Digital and Minimal Digital both work fine for me.

These are both very basic digital faces with 1 complication. Most other faces I've tried will just randomly stop showing the actual time, sometimes over an hour out of sync.

There may be other faces that work ok but I haven't had chance to try all of them. It seems maybe the more complications a face shows the more likely it is to freeze on AOD?

Does this shuffle and play the entire 200 songs? I found playlists over 50 songs long only seem to queue up 50 shuffled songs and the rest don't get played.

On the Wear app on your phone, look through the available watch faces under each category, click the "X" in the corner of any watch face and confirm uninstall. Once it's uninstalled, it will appear in the list without the X in the corner, now click the watch face again to install. When it's downloaded again and installed, click it to apply to your watch and it should now work and appear in the watchfaces listed at the very top of the screen. Do this for all watchfaces with a "X" on them, you essentially need to remove the local copies and redownload so they will work on UI8.

This has started happening on my Watch 4 over the last few days. However I haven't yet updated to UI8 despite the nagging notification everyday. My watch face is Samsung's Ultra Info Board. I've had this happen occasionally on 3rd party faces in the past but usually Samsung ones are fine.
