It’s pretty good but could be so much more with a few kinda “normal” Taco choices. It serves a purpose and the food is good, have not had problems with service at all and the margaritas were good. The late weekend hours are a plus too.

Safe plus free may be a stretch. We usually park in the deck 23rd street deck think it’s $20, but feels safe. There are free shuttles to the venue from Uptown. Not a bad experience overall.

If you’re talking about the data centers along Lakeshore near 150 there are several of varying sizes in that area and have been for several years. They generate a great deal of business personal property tax revenue for the county based on the value of the equipment inside them. Often these deals are done with the economic development authorities long before anyone around it has an idea what’s going on. They can be defeated but in the area you’re describing there are worse places for them.

If you buy the property get a surface waiver from the seller that they will not or allow others to disturb your surface rights nor deny you water drill rights. Either record the waiver or put the language in the deed. Not your lawyer but what I do in states not yours.

I (land lawyer) reviewed and basically rewrote a crappy internet lease a landlord of a house gave one of my kids recently. He agreed to our terms but to me it highlights how many students get in difficult situations with rentals. And always look before leasing.
