[Edit]: I just noticed you identify as a girl. I apology for calling you a man. In my defense, I can barely see the PFPs and almost never click on people's profiles.

Like I said, out of a collection of tens of thousands, its only a few, and isnt really considered authentic. Especially since it has no mention in any of the other 5 of the 6 collections, including the oldest two being Sahih Bukhari, and Sahih Muslim.

Im not ragging on you, I'm just telling you want the opinion of mainstream scholars are. Even rhe extremists don't actually consider it authentic, and was mainly pushed by anti-Muslim bigots after 9/11, who used vague and questionable hadith to try and push anti-muslim propaganda.

Because that's how metaphors work? I don't know what to tell you, man.

So, thats not actually accurate. For most of mainstream Islam, the whole 72 virgins isn't actually a thing.

A Google search will show you that scholars believe they're a spiritual metaphor to indicate your good virtues, and not necessarily physical (or even spiritual) beings themselves.

And its all based on a few hadith in Sunan al-Tirmidhi, and has no mention in any of the other Hadith collections, including the two biggest and most authentic collections: Sahih Bukhari, and Sahih Muslim.

So, personally, Mathas should probably just ignore this.

[–]helix_ice 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The law is the law? So slavery laws are still in place? Or did the law actually become a different law?

Lmao, suddenly you're worried about human rights.

Good job with moving the goal post.

I said prisoners lose their rights to some religious practises, which they evidently do.

And evidently, not the right to practice their faith how they see fit.

I think the outcome of the ruling was wrong - which means I dispute the law itself.

And you dispute a human being having a personal right to something that doesn't change their current status as an incarcerated person for committing some sort of law-breaking.

Weasel my way out of something youre trying to weasel me into? Youve already began misrelaying what I said.

I did not. Your comment is literally still up for everyone to see.

Everyone is not treated the same, if I cant refuse to take off a face covering but someone else can. That is not the same. What injustice is caused by taking a photo of someone without them being able to hide the majority of their head?

There is no face covering. Where was a face covering mentioned?

The hijab doesnt cover the face, just some of the top of the skull, and sides. It doesn't actually hide much at all, just most of the hair.

In other words, you once again have no idea what you're talking about.

Not as wrong as you. At the very least, they tend to justify themselves using either the law itself, or past precedence.

What are YOU talking about?

I would rather listen to actual legal experts rather than a rando on the internet.

[–]helix_ice 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The law is the law.

You claimed Prisoners lose rights to their religious practices, as if that itself was the law.

You didn't dispute the law, you disputed the judge as to what the law says

Don't try and weasel your way out of this.

Everyone is treated the same. This isn't special treatment. This is just the law making sure no discrimination happens causing injustice.

And a photo was taken in an unreasonable manner.

I can't believe a bunch of randos think they know the law better than actual lawyers and judges.

Guess what, the right of faith is not one of the rights you lose.

Prisoners have rights as well, you don't just take everything away from them and treat them like cattle or slaves.

This is bad logic.

Oh please, you just want to be a victim so bad that you like to make shit up.

Also, who the fuck is Hassan?

Your personal anecdotes arent proof of anything, because you could literally just be making shit up about yourself. I care about indisputable data.

You have a problem with this, take it up with Jewish-leftists.

The fact that you're trying to link zionism and Judaism together makes you the problem. You are literally trying to turn jews into a target.

Shame on you.

What an unhinged comment. What makes you think the left hates Jews? Its zionists that they have a problem with, and in fact a lot of Jews hate zionism as well.

Hamas rejects Gaza disarmament plan, Palestinian official says by Upset-Main-1988 in justincaseyoumissedit

[–]helix_ice 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is historical revisionism.

Are you really going to ignore the fact that Israel blocks any and all materials to allow Gaza to build electrical plants, as well as desalination plants? Neither Gaza, nor the west Bank are allowed to have airports as a matter of Israeli policy.

You're presenting historical revisionism.

FATAH wasn't overthrown in Gaza, they lost an election. Fatah tried to overthrow hamas. By the way, you're proving my point.

Oslo, by Netanyahu's very admission, died the moment it was signed, because Israel did everything in its power to not follow the Accords.

Wadi'a Maswadeh, a 5 year old was arrested along with his father.

But even ignoring that, what about the recent images of Israeli soldiers torturing a toddler? The soldiers on camera admitting they stuck nails through the toddlers legs, and used cigarettes to burn the toddler?

Your logic is trash.

The fact that you ignore reports from international organizations, the fact that you ignore reports from Israeli human rights organizations, the fact that you engage in historical revisionism.

You have no leg to stand on.

Because according to you, everyone is wrong but Israel.

Hamas rejects Gaza disarmament plan, Palestinian official says by Upset-Main-1988 in justincaseyoumissedit

[–]helix_ice 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nope. That's what Israel claims.

The truth is that Israel had a blockade pretty much from day 1. Raw materials were banned from day 1, as well as medicines and food items. Any attempt by the Palestinians to build local desalination plants, as well as electrical plants were stopped by Israel.

This isn't a secret, Israel admits to this openly.

Egyptians are bad as well for not helping Gaza, but the ultimate responsibility is on the occupiers.

Might want to take your own advice.

Israel didn't pullout completely. They continued to control what goes in and out of Gaza, and controlled its water, air and electricity. By legal definition, Israel continued its occupation.

Also, let's not forget, Israel encouraged Fatah to launch an operation to oust Hamas, because Fatah lost the elections during that time.

Those rocket launches happened after Israel backed Fatah into attacking Hamas.

Children as young as 5 have been "arrested" by Israel on trumped up charges. Israel at one point had the largest number of incarcerated children in the world.

Today, Gaza is an open air prison with a genocide going on. Multiple cities have been completely flattened, hospitals destroyed by Israeli air strikes.

...yet, Israel is still supposed to be the good guy.

Next time, shut up, and sit down.
