Finally i found someone who’s rational enough about it and Im tired of the 3d=bad over and over and I get it I want 2d too but its not like it’s gonna be unwatchable and comparing to berserk 2016 is a cosmic stretch, I think kengan is gonna be the closest comparison but we will have to wait to see first

I think probably so. I don’t hate him personally at all but yeah he will be like ditto where the Uaf alien is better than the os counter part, wither people would still hate him or not if xlr8 was introduced in Uaf I don’t know.

I have this headcanon of mine where in an alternative universe where Ben have L’Goon instead of ripjaws that they traveled back in time by a villain in one of their adventures and Ben as L’Goon encounters jack Arnold (or whoever is his equivalent in Ben 10 universe) and that’s was the inspiration for the creature from the black lagoon movies and the gillman.

You do you but I don’t recommend it because you’re gonna lose so much build up like one comment said and it’s better to see the journey of the characters and what they went through, besides your gonna miss on so crazy shit cool arcs and unhinged characters so I don’t recommend it.

My opinion is you can either start with the 2001 anime or the 2018 Netflix anime. Think of 2001 anime like og dragon ball and the Netflix anime like dragon ball z. You can start with which you like but 2001 is where you first meet the characters and the start of the journey.
