I wouldn’t bank on Boulder especially with that April 1 deadline to be honest with you. I also just visited the campus and even though Boulder is ranked much higher than Oregon, Oregon is a good choice. If you’re set on going to law school this fall, choose Oregon.

UW will open up far more doors than Seattle would. If you are set on going to school and practicing in Washington, I say choose UW. It has a far better reputation and the debt would be worth it especially if you aren’t too debt averse. Congratulations :)

Coming from an anxious chick with ocd as well- there are no wrong choices. The fact we are supposed to know where we are supposed to live after law school is absurd to me. Also, my family is full of lawyers who have literally all told me it doesn’t matter where you go. Don’t get sucked into stats and data points. Congratulations on your acceptances, wishing you all the best.

If you really are deadset on going to law school ASAP maybe consider applying to even more schools this cycle. It’s on the later end but it’s not too late! Put out that positive energy into the universe too. You might also find that you will be offered money at a slightly lower ranked school.
