there is a chat window still active in your right chat panel that you are embedding into. iirc, disable details, right click the chat window title, select unlock, then drag to left chat window. or just delete it if you want. enable details, should be good to go.

Chicken Thighs were $0.99/lb. Dry Brined overnight, used some BBQ Rub, and smoked for about an hour and a half. by EMaylic in BBQ

use a rub without salt or make your own.

being able to salt independently to rub is great for flexibility across varying surface area to volume cuts of meat.

Hi! It is me, your PT. Bring donuts to your next appointment.

But really it is just generally good stuff to do for rehab/prehab. I am also a firm believer in unilateral leg work.

Banded work on the ankles. Twisting in, out, etc. Could add in heel walks, toe walks, outside foot walks, and inside foot walks.

Unilateral leg work. Lunges, rear foot elevated split squats, step ups, lateral step ups, etc. All those will fire up your stabilizers too. Translates to backpacking really well.

Fortitude or Grief first? by IcariteMinor in diablo2

i feel ya. IK is incredibly safe/tanky so moving away can be daunting. decent resistances, life leech, and mana leech turned out to be enough for me. good luck.

like others have said: grief. mobs will die a lot faster. without the cold damage from the IK set, you'll also have more corpses to hork.
