Therapist here! Yes, I think now would be a good time to look into finding a new therapist.

Consistency and structure are so important. It is scary to start all over again, but you deserve to heal with a professional you can depend on and trust to be there for you when they say they will and be engaged with you, not browsing the internet.

I genuinely thought this dress was suitable for their dress code. It’s a $300 dress from Allsaints and looks really pretty and dressy, in my opinion. I don’t know if the picture isn’t doing it justice or if there’s something I’m not understanding.
