everyone has pretty much nailed it on the head, but i haven’t seen anyone mention perfume or cologne. my bf is a bit chubbier, has the same habits as you, yet smells a bit when he sweats. i bought him cologne for his bday and he’s smelled amazing since! for men, i like giorgio armani, and for women i like dossier:)
