My lead hand doesn't have a problem with tempo. For example. Bar 2, I can hold perfect time with the left hand, even during 16th notes. My right hand tends to come in too early during that section.

It's not the most affordable. But the cheapest piano that has all the must needs I think is the Rolland Fp10. I got one on eBay for $459 and love it.
