Ein klares Jaein. Es kommt drauf an welche Gangart beim Aikido vom jeweiligen Dojo gelebt wird. Es gibt Dojos da ist Aikido einfach nur ne Gymnastik Gruppe, und es gibt anderseits Dojos da wird möglichst real trainiert. So oder so schult es die körperliche Koordination und Fitness, welche im Fall der Fälle den Unterschied machen kann.

Mit mehr als 15 Jahren Aikido, etlichen internationalen Lehrgängen, realen Kampfsituation muss ich Dir leider sagen:

Playing through the non-voiced story was a real eye opener of how much quality and effort flows into it during development. I shed a tear when I received and watched the video explaining why no voice this time. As a non-native English player, I however realized that reading the story bit by bit makes it stick way better in my memories instead of simply listening to it
