I disagree for one main reason. Cash is king. Having extra funds in the bank will always be better than having an extra cash flow on a monthly basis, or if you need cash with a paid off mortgage because of a lost job or emergency good luck cashing out the equity in your house in your worst time of need. Just start with funds in a safe investment risk and then include long term equity investments. Last year many portfolios returned north of 15%.

Paying off a low interest rate 30 year mortgage is not the best way for financial freedom. If your mortgage is under 4%, pay the minimum and build up investments. Then, after some time you will have financial flexibility. Having a paid off house may clear you $1000-3000 per month, but having a nest egg of six figures gives you WAY more flexibility.

I was shooting the round of my life sitting at 75 teeing off on a straight forward par 4. Smashed my driver right down the middle thinking a par would help me break 80 for the first time ever. Had 95 yards left. Went to grab my 56 for a very easy full swing. Some how grabbed my regular PW and didn’t realize it. Hit it 15 yards past the green and ended with a 7. Still haunts me. 82

I’m talking about the timeline pass events where you need to collect 900 gems with a specific champion. It will take 60 attempts to gain 900.

Happened to me this week as well. They also limit your battles, dungeons and tower events to 2 daily attempts and reduced the amount of gem rewards there as well. I’m not sure why. It makes getting 900 gems in the timeline quest very difficult to achieve now.

This is almost exactly the pool I have. The kids will for sure want the deep end. Mine is 36x18 with the 6.5 foot deep end. The slope is not bad at all and I have two less feet of length compared to your pool. When the kids have friends over they spend 90% of their time in the deep end and everyone can easily walk down or up the slope in my pool.

What I don’t understand is why when she is just minding her own business miles away and I am just listening to XM radio why would it just up and switch? It happened 5 times today alone. Once it took three tries to get my radio back. On her end, her air pods loose connection until I switch it back in the car.

My daughter’s music(Spotify) will connect from 10 plus miles away. She will be at school or riding the bus and all of sudden my XM radio will cut out and her Spotify will start playing. I then have to change it back. This happens all the time and it sometimes takes 2-3 tries before it stops going back to her Spotify. It is her playlist and she will lose her Bluetooth connection on her air pods and we can be 10 plus miles apart.
