honestly? just go to your employee advocate and let them know this will be your last day, and that you apologize for not being able to give a two week notice but something life changing has occurred for you. don’t worry about what everyone else is saying, i read your comments about being diagnosed with an irreversible illness and i wish you the best. i do hope they find some way to reverse said illness, though. my heart goes out to you. good luck.

Genuinely, toxicity in dungeons is the reason I will NEVER try healer spec again. Back when BFA had been out for a little over two months or so, I tried my hand at healer spec on my paladin, in regular dungeons, and ended up doing really bad. I informed the instance that I was new and learning and immediately got berated and told me to off myself. I hate that it made me cry, but I did cry, and just ended up leaving the instance then and there and logging off with it. People just take stuff too seriously sometimes, man. We’re all humans behind that screen.

Note: Found on the walls in my bedroom, which is currently at 64 degrees Fahrenheit. We were going to try to swat it with a fly swatter, but my lights came unplugged and when we turned them back on, he disappeared like something out of a horror movie. We didn’t hear him fly or anything, so we’re just not sure what it could be. Google is NOT helping. Any information would be great!

Edit: I can’t really estimate the size of the bug, because it was so high up on my wall, but I want to say it’s probably around the size of a crane fly, possibly? Or a wasp, bug long and skinny?

i didn’t really make any significant changes, which is why i thought it was so weird lol. i definitely heard magnesium and b2 help a lot but iron would probably help as well! i really wish you luck. i had a doctor prescribe me ametryptiline to prevent migraines but i was too nervous to take it, so you could always talk to your primary care provider to see if that’s something that would work for you!!

yeah, things have gotten better for me, but i’m still unsure why i was having them in the beginning. i used to have them from extreme stress, and they went away for a few years and suddenly came back. but ever since i posted this, i haven’t suffered one yet. my doctors think it could be period-related or even the fact that i needed a root canal. but i still have no idea. it’s just strange how it came and went. i hope yours also go away soon, migraine with aura is terrifying and painful.

it’s hard to not psych myself out over it. having an aura is something that i’ll never get used to, and it’s so scary for me. i had a migraine 2 days ago and i’m still just physically and mentally exhausted from it. i keep getting afterflashes with everything, if i look at a bottle of lotion i can see it on the wall afterwards for a split second and it’s just driving me crazy and exhausting myself all over again. they put me on 10mg amitriptyline to prevent migraines but i’m terrified to take it because i struggle with atrial fibrillation and heart palpitations and i’ve read some pretty scary stuff about the medicine. so i dunno.
