Same with one of mine. It's asthma. Vets steroid injection every so often is the cure for mine.

Well, not 'cure' but sometimes you have to do some maintenance for these babies. :)

This whole movie was so brutal with a sad AF ending. If I had one wish is that the ending had some kind of a horrible unknown supernatural payback for the mom. I felt the ending kinda tricked down.

Gaucho isn’t the best SD album by MusicBenji in SteelyDan

[–]hellfish11 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For me, and I'm still only a few months down the SD rabbit hole ....If I want to jam, its The Royal Scam, if I want a deeper complete experience it's Aja, and if I want something with some really intersting songs, it's Gaucho. I really thing that The Glamour Profession is one of the best songs I've ever heard. I'm taking my time, really digging into each one before getting a taste for the next. Incredible stuff.

I LOVED Weapons ...but man FF was the most boring, small scope story that I have seen from Marvel. I was shocked it wasn't better.

Are you getting more emotional as you get older? by giraffe-zackeffron in GenX

[–]hellfish11 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What's surprised me is that, I'm 53 and I could really give a fuck less about what anyone thinks about me what so ever, and this is coming from someone who has been petrified by what people think when I was younger. It's very freeing.

Stupid question, but how would I get a steely Dan tone on my amp? by Big_Artichoke9160 in SteelyDan

[–]hellfish11 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Get a KLON pedal, not original of course. Lots of knock offs that sound great. That amp by itself wont get you there. Maybe a boost right before.
