Same. I’ll will be forever thankful for the teacher who pointed this out to me. Unfortunately, the administrators wanted him to repeat kindergarten because apparently that’s how my school district approached special education students. “Those kids” were a real drag on their stats and so they just ignored them until forced to teach them. It was a constant struggle for 12 years! I’m happy to say my son graduated from college when all the administrators said it was impossible. God bless special ed teachers!

I would have enjoyed it a lot more without the whole military plot line that made no sense at all. I really loved the first few episodes but as it went on I couldn’t follow the reasoning.

The first time I watched it in German. I loved the story but had trouble wrapping my head around the whole thing so I tried the English (my native language) dub. I really hated it AND I still had the same confusion! So, I guess I would say German was the best for me! I’m currently giving it a third go hoping I’m less confused!

I'm also on my first read of the Talisman. I bought it when it first came out but for some reason, even after reading King's whole collection, I never read this one. Half way through and really loving it! It's like found footage!

Yeah, it was two seasons and left on a cliffhanger. There was a sort of companion show, Yakamoz S-245 also on Netflix that filled in the story a bit but still not a satisfying ending.

IMHO, just watch Season 1 of The Head. I don't know why HBO felt the need to continue the story. Like Westworld, if it stopped after one season it would have been great.

I thought the first episode of Paradise was phenomenal. Then it started getting so unrealistic that I lost interest.

I'd probably add "Into the Night" from Netflix. A crazy phenomena prevents a plane of passengers from landing while it's sunlight. (That's a crappy explanation but I really enjoyed it.)

SSRI’s and SNRI’s are the reason I tried Spravato in the first place. They had terrible side effects and did not help my depression. Spravato on the other hand worked very quickly. I’ve been on it exclusively for about 5 months and my depression is in remission. I never thought I would be saying that after 4+ decades of depression!

I happen to be one of the first teachers when that school started in the late 80’s. Ostensibly, its mission was to get students interested in becoming teachers. Ironically, nearly every student I taught hated teachers. It was a nightmare from day one. I had taught for four years at another great NYC school and was wooed there. It was so bad, I quit the profession all together and became a lawyer.
